First-order voucher terms
These are the terms for the Jeeblee first-order voucher (the “voucher”). By claiming or using the voucher, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

The offer
The voucher gives you $10 off the first order you place through Jeeblee. The minimum basket to use the voucher is $50. The basket is the product subtotal — that is, the total price of the products in your order, before delivery fees, service fees, small-order fees and tips.
Who is eligible
The voucher is for new customers only. You must be 18 or older, and your delivery address must be within the Jeeblee Sydney delivery area.
A “new customer” means a person who has not previously placed an order through Jeeblee using the same email address, phone number, delivery address or payment card. If we reasonably consider that you are not a new customer, we may decline or cancel the voucher.
Limit
There is a limit of one voucher per person and per household. The voucher is tied to the Jeeblee account linked to the email address you use to sign up to the waitlist.
How to get it
Sign up to the Jeeblee waitlist using your email address. When Jeeblee opens in your area, the voucher is applied to the Jeeblee account linked to that signup email. You will see the voucher and your $10 discount at checkout when your first order meets the minimum basket.
What the voucher applies to
The $10 discount applies to the products in your order only. It does not apply to delivery fees, service fees, small-order fees or tips. The voucher has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Using it with other offers
The voucher cannot be combined with any other voucher, referral reward or promotion, unless we say otherwise in writing.
Expiry
The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date Jeeblee opens to the public in your delivery area. After that, the voucher expires and can no longer be used.
Misuse
If we reasonably suspect the voucher has been misused — for example, through fake or duplicate accounts, shared households claiming more than one voucher, or any other attempt to get around these terms — we may cancel the voucher, cancel the order, or charge you the discounted amount.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The terms that apply are the ones in place when you use the voucher.
